Personal delivery from QLD Honey & Hives will be available until 15 November 2026. Any order placed after that date will be dispatched and delivered through Australia Post, to any address in Australia.
For more than a decade, we have hand-delivered raw Queensland honey to homes across the Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs. It has been one of the most personal parts of what we do — and one of the most valued by our local customers. As demand for our honey has grown well beyond our delivery run, we have made the decision to move all orders onto a single, reliable Australia Post service.

What this means for you
- Ordering does not change. You will continue to order through our online shop exactly as you do today.
- Your delivery options are shown at checkout. Enter your address and the available services and live pricing will appear automatically.
- Minimum order values still apply to personal delivery up until 15 November 2026. Australia Post orders have no minimum.
- Every order is packed with care. Our jars are packaged to travel safely, and Australia Post parcels are tracked from our door to yours.
- Nothing changes about the honey itself — the same raw, unfiltered, unheated Queensland honey, from our own hives.

If you are in our local delivery area and would like your order hand-delivered, please place it on or before 15 November 2026. Orders placed from 16 November onwards will automatically be sent with Australia Post.

How much will Australia Post delivery cost?
Rates are calculated live at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Both Parcel Post and Express Post options are offered where available. Current service details are published by Australia Post.
How long will delivery take?
Most Queensland metropolitan deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days with Parcel Post, and sooner with Express Post. Timeframes are set by Australia Post.
Will my honey be safe in transit?
Yes. Orders are packed in protective, purpose-selected packaging. If anything arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right.
Do minimum order values still apply?
Minimum order values apply only to personal delivery, and only until 15 November 2026. Australia Post orders have no minimum.
Can I still buy locally in person?
Absolutely — our honey is available through our stockists and at our regular pop-ups and markets.
